LALKA
2020
Lalka is centred around transgenerational trauma and parts psychology. Parts psychology which is also known as parts-work-therapy, is achieving trauma resolution by recognising disowned parts, usually younger parts and sub-personalities, and giving these parts a voice. Memory, dissociation, identity, the Mother, Little Olivia, Baba jaga, The Catholic Church, and my Polish background take up room within this work - which stem from the umbrella categories of transgenerational trauma and parts psychology.
